Since 1999, S. A. Baxter, Inc. has been providing high-end residential remodeling and additions to discerning homeowners in San Francisco, Marin County, and the Peninsula.

S. A. Baxter, Inc. has been remodeling high-end homes in San Francisco and southern Marin for 23 years. We work with some of the most talented design professionals around the Bay Area, including The Wiseman Group, Kendall Wilkinson Design, Geddes Ulinskas, Five Design, Form and Field, Fluid Studios, Andre Rothblatt, and many more. We regularly connect our clients with the architects, designers, and engineers who best align with their needs.  We select a small number of projects each year based primarily upon relationships, both existing and new, with people who share our core values of stewardship, transparency, and accountability. Our mission is to take the stress out of the remodeling process for our clients and design partners by providing a streamlined, organized, and carefully-managed experience from pre-construction to completion. Although our primary focus is whole-home remodels and additions, we do pursue smaller projects on occasion in the name of developing and maintaining good relationships.

Our clients prioritize quality and service above all else.  If cost is your primary concern, then we are likely not the right fit.  Providing our level of superior communication, service, workmanship, and management isn’t cheap, but it allows us to make these guarantees:
